Defamation case of Rs 1 crore filed against HDK: Dr.Bharathraj Shetty

Mangaluru, Jan 09, 2018: A defamation case of Rs 1 crore has been filed against H D Kumaraswamy for blaming BJP  in Deepak’s muder case says BJP President Dr Bharath Raj Shetty .

Addressing the media he said that, Former Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy  alleged that a local BJP corporator was involved in the murder of a Hindu activist Deepak Rao.  I condemn his statement. Let him stop making such  irresponsible comments. The Congress and the JD(S) leaders are giving iresponsible statements on Deepak murder which is provoking and also misleading the investigation. Rs one-crore defamation case against Kumaraswamy has been filed in Mangaluru court ,regarding the case. Without political maturity,these people are giving immature statements to the media. Police should bring him to  frame of  investigation.
