Decomposed body a man found in a well near Saligrama

Udupi May 05, 2016: An unidentified body of a man found in an open well near Saligrama fish market on May 04, Wednesday.

It is suspected that the man might have accidentally fallen into the well two to three days ago.

A person who came to the nearby shop peeped into the well noticed the body floating.

They immediately informed the matter to the police. On receiving information the Kota police rushed to the spot. With the help of the locals the body was lifted from the well. The man had worn a lungi but identity of the man is not yet known.
