Days before wedding, bank asst. manager found dead near railway track

Udupi, May 16, 2017: Twenty six year old Appachi Ajay who worked as an Assistant Manager  at the Syndicate Bank Head Office at Manipal was found dead  at the railway track near Indrali on May 15, Monday. It is suspected that he ended his life by coming under a moving train.

 Ajay who stayed at the  bank quarters here hailed from Kareemnagar in Andhra Pradesh. His death  days before his wedding  has raised much suspicion. Ajay was supposed to get married on May 20 and was planning to visit hometown  very soon. The motive behind his extreme step is not yet clear.

Udupi Town Police are investigating the case.
