Dabak Daba Aisa Tulu movie to hit silver screen on August 5th

Mangaluru Aug 2, 2016: Much awaited Tulu comedy flick “Dabak Daba Aisa” produced by Jayakirana films to hit theatres on August 5th, informed Director Prakash Pandeshwar.

Addressing to the press at Press Club today August 2nd Tuesday he said that, Dabak Daba Aisa will be released all over Dakshina Kannada and Udupi. This is first instance that a Tulu movie is hired advance booking which received good response so far, PVR cinemas have come up with special family packages worth Rs. 15,000 with 60 seating in VIP section. 

He also said that, English subtitles have been included in the movie to benefit the person who does not understand Tulu language. Movie will be released at Suchitra, PVR, Cinepolis, Big cinemas in Mangaluru, BC Road, Puttur, Moodabidiri and Udupi.

Regard to the piracy of the movie Prakash Pandeshwar dejectedly said that, it is harsh that a Tulu movie is pirated illegally, where censor copy was found supplied in a mobile shop for Rs 20 but CCB police are slowing down the investigation to nab the culprit.

Prakash Pandeshwar who is making his directorial debut has come up with good social message besides comedy and meant for entire family.    


In this movie Naveen D Padil plays a protagonist with Debutant Sheetal Nayak, while Devdas Kaapikad, Bojaraj Vamanjoor and Aravind Bolar play supportive role in the movie. Dialogue was penned by Shashiraj Kavoor, DOP Utpal Nayanaar, Music Rajesh M, Art Thamma Laxman.  Dabak Daba Aisa movie was shot in the outskirts of Mangaluru and completed in the span of 22 days

Actors Naveen D Padil, Bojaraj Vamanjoor, Music Director Rajesh M and others were present.
