DK’s Corona tally up by 11 today ; 9 new cases in Udupi

Mangaluru, May 27, 2020:   The Coronavirus tally of Dakshina Kannada has  increased to 81 with  11 people testing positive on  May 27, Wednesday. Among these 10 had come from Maharashtra while another, a 22 year old man had returned from Gujarat. Among those infected are a  three  year girl child and 11 year  girl.  A total of seven females and four men were tested positive today.

 

Presently, there are 48 active cases in Dakshina Kannada. So far 26 have recovered and seven have died due to Covid-19 in the district.

In Udupi : Meanwhile, in Udupi  nine people have tested positive today. All of them  are Maharashtra returnees and were in quarantine.
