Court issues summons to Ramanatha Rai in a case of alleged verbal abuse of Chakravarthi Sulibele

Mangaluru, June 16, 2019: The 2nd JMFC Court in Mangaluru has issued summons to former minister B Ramanatha Rai  in connection with a case wherein he has been accused of using abusive words against Yuva Brigade’s Chakravarthi Sulibele. The incident had occurred when Rai was the minister.

State BJP Minorities Morcha Vice President Rahim Uchil had filed a private petition in the court against Rai. The Court has taken cognizance of the video as well circumstantial evidence and has issued summons to Rai.
