Corporation Bank Bags DSIJ PSU Awards 2010

Mangalore, April 8: Corporation Bank has bagged the Dalal Street Investment Journal [DSIJ] Public Sector Undertakings [PSU] Awards 2010 instituted by Dalal Street Investment Journal Group of Publications on the basis of study conducted by KPMG.

 

The Award was received by Shri J.M.Garg, Chairman & Managing Director of the Bank from Hon’ble Union Minister of Steel Shri Virbhadra Singh at a glittering award ceremony held in New Delhi. Shri Arun Maira, Member, Planning Commission, Government of India was the Guest of Honour.

Dalal Street Investment Journal accolades, chronicles the achievements of Indian PSUs  and felicitates them through DSIJ PSU Awards. The Awards are given to the PSUs for their unwavering support and contribution to the Indian economy. 

Corporation Bank has been consistently receiving awards from organizations of repute like IDRBT, IBA etc. on various facets of implementation of technology, customer relationship management etc., over the last many years. Recently, Bank had been adjudged as the "Best Bank Mid-Size 2009" by Business World and PricewaterhouseCoopers Survey.
