Container lorry hits auto : Narrow escape for two persons

Vittal, Feb 22, 2020:   An autorickshaw driver and a passenger  had a miraculous escape in an accident wherein the vehicle was completely mangled after it was hit by a container lorry at Gadiyara  near Maani on the Mangaluru-Bengaluru National Highway on Friday night.

 

The container lorry had hit the autorickshaw from the rear, while it was heading towards Peramogaru.  Though the lorry driver tried to escape soon after the  mishap, he was caught hold of by locals.
