Clash over trivial issue culminates in murder

Mangaluru, June 01, 2020:   A clash over a trivial  issue between two groups culminated in the murder of a youth at Arasugudde near Bajpe on Sunday night. The deceased is Keerthan (20) of Kavoor Marakada. His associate Nithin and another person were injured in the incident.

 

It is learnt, the two groups which clashed were  friends in the past who had later turned foes over some trivial issue.  Sources said on Sunday night, Keerthan, Nithin and another person had  met at Arasugudde and had even summoned the rival group. Later a quarrel followed  culminating in the rival group stabbing Keerthan and his associates.

The accused have fled the scene. Police have launched a search for them.
