Clash between relatives; youth stabbed to death near Uppinangady

Uppinangady, Mar 3, 2019: A clash between two relatives over a trivial issue culminated in the murder of one of them at Kootelu near here on March 3, Sunday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Yashwanth (19), son of Monappa of Karaya village. 

It is alleged that he was stabbed  by Ananda of Vagga.  Yashwanth who was found profusely bleeding on the highway side was rushed to a hospital in Puttur by locals. He however died while being taken to a hospital in Mangaluru for higher treatment.

Uppinangady Police are investigating the case.
