City Police Commissioner R Hithendra launches Media Stickers

Mangalore, June 30, 2014:  Media Stickers powered by  new features like a Unique Identification Number and hologram, were released by Mangalore City Police Commissioner R Hithendra at a function held at Press Club here on June 30, Monday.

 

 

 

 

 

Speaking on the occasion, the Commissioner said the launching of the media sticker would go a long way in  preventing misuse of privileges enjoyed by media men by some non-journalists.

ACP Uday Nayak also spoke on the occasion.  P.B. Harish Rai, President of DK District Working Journalists Association explained as to how journalists can avail the sticker.

District Information Officer Khader Shah, Srinivas Nayak, Secretary of the Association and others were present.
