Christmas celebrated at St. Anthony’s ashram

Mangalore, Dec 24, 2011: St. Anthony’s Ashram at Jeppu celebrated Christmas on Dec 23 Friday, with Bishop of Mangalore Diocese Rev. Dr. Aloysius Paul D’Souza presiding. The bishop delivered the Christmas message and later distributed kuswar among the inmates.

Just before the celebrations commenced, the bishop blessed the Christmas crib created at the entrance of the ashram.

Director Msgr. Denis Moras Prabhu delivered the welcome address and Administrator Fr. Francis D’Souza proposed the vote of thanks.

Assistant Director Fr. George Crasta and Sushil Noronha were also present.
