Christians observe Good Friday with religious fervour

Mangalore, April 18, 2014 : Christians across  Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts are observing Good Friday on April 18, commemorating the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, with great devotion and solemnity in various parishes.

The Way of Cross a procession replicating the last journey of Christ  was participated by thousands of faithful.

Adoration prayers, reading of the Passion of Christ,veneration of the Cross and Communion Service will be held during the day.

The Friday service  was participated by large number of Christians in churches of their respective parishes.
