Chikamagaluru: Youth falls from 150 ft. while taking selfie; seriously injured

Chikamagaluru, Jul 02, 2019 : In a shocking incident! a youth critically injured after he accidentally falls from a height of 150 feet near Bidiruthala on Charmadi Ghat while taking selfie.

 

The youth  is identified as Sathish from Neriya in Beltangady taluk.

It is learnt that Sathish  had been to  Charmadi Ghat along with his friends. They had climbed atop to view the waterfall, he accidentally slipped and fell while taking selfie. A tourist present at the spot filmed the incident on his mobile.  Sathish suffered serious head injuries is being treated at private hospital in Mangaluru.
