Chief Minister Siddaramiah Inaugurates Park in Bantwal

Bantwal , Oct 09, 2016 : Honorable Chief Minister Siddaramiah inaugurates Park in Bantwal,today, October 09, Sunday. The model park built with an expenditure of Rs 1.4 crore by State Pollution Control Board. The park is named as ’Jodumarga Udayanavana’.

’Jodumarga Udayanavana’ is to its kind the first with WIFI zone and drinking water supply. There is a  specious parking area for vehicles locted near the park with a capacity of 30-40 cars and   benches for visitors inside the park. Interlock path for walkers, toilets and additional restrooms.

The lights in the park are solar powered and rain water harvesting too has been implemented. Every corner has been provided with dustbins .The importance is given ti greenery with models of animals and birds.


State Minister B.Ramanatha Rai, U.T Khader, MLC Ivan D’Souza, BTM President Ramakrishna Alva and others were present.
