Cattle trafficking : 4 arrested ; 52 buffaloes rescued at Amasebail

Kundapur, Sep 15, 2020:    Amasebail police have arrested four persons on the charges of illegally transporting  cattle in two Eicher lorries. The arrests were made near Hosangady checkpost on Tuesday morning. A total of 52 buffaloes  which were crammed in the two vehicles have been rescued.

 

 

 

 

Those arrested are Mehboob (27) of Harihara in Davanagere, Bapu Saheb (46), Asif (23) of Belagavi and Imran (29) of Davanagere.

If one vehicle had 24 buffaloes another had 28 buffaloes. Amasebail police are conducting the investigations.
