Car-lorry collision at Periya: 7 yr boy dies; mother, brother critical

 Kasargod, Jan 25, 2015 : In a tragic road mishap reported from the National Highway at Periya near here on January 24, Saturday evening, a seven year old boy   lost his life while  his mother and brother were critically injured.

The deceased boy is Mohammad Afridi.

  The mishap occurred when the Alto car driven by Mohammad’s mother Sabira  collided with a lorry heading towards Kannur at around  6 pm. Sabira with her two children was going towards Kasargod. Mohammad  died while being rushed to the hospital.

 

A case has been registered by the Traffic police.
