Car fatally knocks down 10 yr old girl at Someshwara Uchila

Mangalore,July 13, 2014 : A ten year old girl who was seriously injured  after a Fortuner car knocked her down at Someshwara Uchila on July 12, Saturday  afternoon, has succumbed to her injuries later at a private hospital in Mangalore.

The deceased girl is Fadeeda (10), daughter of Mohammad Bengre and Zainaba couple. She was a fourth standard student at the Al Rehmania School in Uchila. The mishap occurred when Fadeeda who had come home from school on Saturday afternoon, had once again headed towards school saying the teacher had summoned four students including her.

However, while crossing the road, a car knocked her down. The family of Fadeeda which was residing in Bengre had shifted to Uchila just a month ago.

Ullal police have registered a case.
