Car-Truck Collision, One killed and Two injured

Kasargod, Sep 03, 2016: A fish laden truck collided with car claims life of one at Peryaram near Kannur on September 03, Saturday.

The deceased is truck driver Nagarjuna (48), of Kundapur.  The injured are Rathnakar Suvarna(37), cleaner and  Joseph Kurian (28),  medical student .

It is said that a fish-laden truck moving towards Kannur rammed into car coming from other direction. The impact of the accident was such that truck  toppled  and the car fell into a gorge. The truck driver died on the spot . The cleaner and the occupant of the car sustained injuries. The injured are being treated at a Hospital in Kannur.
The investigation is going on.
