CM is day dreaming, says Union Minister Ananth Kumar

Mangaluru, April 22,2017  :  Union Minister for Chemicals and Fertilizers   Ananth Kumar who is in the city on April 22, Saturday to attend a couple of programmes, addressed a press meet   and launched a tirade against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.

The Chief Minister is day dreaming, said Ananth Kumar and predicted that the Congress will  face a defeat in the next Assembly elections. The Government has also lost the confidence of farmers and the backward classes, he alleged. The Union Minister also lashed out at the Congress for  being keeping   the constitutional status to OBC Commission Bill on hold in the Rajya Sabha. He declared that the BJP would  strive to get the Constitutional status to the Commission.

Referring to the recent win of the BJP in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, he said the results revealed   the  Trust which the people had on Prime Minister  Modi. The Union Government policies are aimed at uplifting the poor and the backward classes, he said.

Union Minister Ramesh Jigajinagi, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel and  former MLA Krishna J Palemar  were also present.
