Udupi, Oct 18, 2019:  Two students who were enjoying swimming  at Edamavina Hole Bobbarya Gundi in Kambadakone  of Byndoor taluk  met a watery grave while two others managed to swim ashore  on October 17, Thursday.

The deceased are Vamshith Shetty (12), son of Venkappa Shetty of Kambadakone and Ritesh Shetty (12), son of Ratnaker Shetty. Two others Pradwith Shetty (16) and Vijayendra Shetty (16) swam ashore to safety. All four of them are students of Sandeepan English Medium School.

Vamshith’s body was traced on Thursday night while search is underway for Nitish.
