Burglars break into house in Moodabidri, flee with valuables worth 1.90 lakhs

Moodabidri: July 16, 2015: Valuables worth 1.90 lakhs were burgled from a house near Post office in Ashwathpura in Badagamijar village, Moodabidri, on Tuesday.

 

The thieves barged into the house on the wee hours of Tuesday July 14.

It is said that the unidentified thieves gained entry through the backdoor as the window near the door was open, which helped them to open the lock.

The thieves burgled valuables such as pearl chain, gold chain, bangles, ear rings weighing 105 gms.

A case has been registered at the local police station. The police visited the spot with the finger print experts and the dog squad.
