Bunder traders down shutters for 2 hours to protest e-way bill

Mangaluru, Feb 03, 2018: Traders at Bunder in Mangaluru   downed their shutters for two  hours on February 3, Saturday  to protest against the e-way bill  introduced by the  Union Government.

 

The protest was organised by the Mangalore Merchants Association. A delegation of traders later met the Joint Director of the Commercial Tax Department and voiced their opposition over the e-way bill system.

Association Vice President Ahmed Bava, General Secretary  Abdurrehman Kodijal, APMC Member Raghava Shetty and many other traders were present.
