Bride goes missing on Wedding day

Puttur, Feb 27, 2020: A young woman from Pullaje in Koltige village has  gone missing on her wedding day resulting in  cancellation of the wedding.

 

The wedding of the daughter of a bank employee of Pullaje was scheduled to take place at the Shivakripa hall at Kumbra on February 26. As is the tradition the Mehendi function was also held grandly at the bride’s residence on February 25.

However, the bride was missing the next morning. Even a frantic search proved futile following which the girl’s father has lodged a missing complaint.   The whereabouts of the young woman is yet to be known.
