Brake failure : Truck topples off road near Bajpe ; driver killed

Mangalore, April 9, 2014 : A truck  rolled  off the road and plunged into a gorge  at Bajpe, claiming the life of its driver on April 9. Wednesday. Another  person in the truck has been badly injured in the mishap.

The deceased is Rakesh from Bihar, a JCB operator by profession. It is learnt, Rakesh lost control over the truck after its brakes failed.

The truck which met with an accident belongs to a person named Manjunath. Bajpe police have registered a case.
