Brahmavar : Teenager drowns in sea at Perampalli

Brahmavar, Oct 03 2019 : A  14 year old boy named Vikas from Perampalli near Saligrama was washed away  by a huge tidal wave while he had ventured into the water at Perampalli on October 2, Wednesday.

Vikas was an eighth standard student of Viveka Boys’ High School, Kota.

As it was a holiday for school on account of Gandhi Jayanthi, Vikas had come to the sea shore  for fishing. He had even brought a fishing rod with him.  As Vikas stepped into the water, he was washed away by a mighty wave.

Though fishermen in the area rescued him and  took him to the hospital, his life could not be saved.
