Boy dies after falling into a stone quarry in Bantwal

Bantwal, Jul 22, 2017: In a tragic incident a boy dies after he fell into a stone quarry filled with water  while playing with his friends. The incident took place on July 22, Saturday.

 

The deceased is identified as Irfan(10), son of Hussain and Zeenath couple of Kanchinadka Padav in Bantwal. Irfan was a studing in fifth std , one among the six childern of Hussain.

It is said that Hussain and Zeenath had been to hospital and there was no one at home . Ifran after back from school had been to qaurry along with his friends to play . While playing Irfan slipped and fell into the quarry, lost life.  Reports said that the boys had crossed the fence and played near the quarry.

Bantwal police are investigating the case.
