A DKCA representative told the meeting that it would not be possible to build a stadium.  A KSCA representative, seeking allotment of the land to it, said DKCA was not an association practically  but just a  cricket club.   Staking its claim to the stadium, the DKCA representative said 42 clubs with 800 members were are attached to it, whereas KSCA in the district had only six clubs attached to it.  There was no consensus, the minister ended the meeting stating that the government would take a decision.   He said the cost of development of the land would have to be borne by the association and the government would not fund it.
