Bodies of missing father-son duo found at Katapady Mattu Beach

Kaup,Feb 29, 2020: The  bodies of the father and son duo who went missing near Netravathi Bridge  on February 16 have been traced at Katapady Mattu Beach on February 29, Friday evening.

 

Gopalkrishna Rai (45) and his six year old son Aneesh Rai were the missing persons. Rai along with his son and wife had come to Baltila from Mumbai to attend a religious function. However around midnight he left home  and had come to Mangaluru. The car of Rai was found abandoned near the bridge with a death note inside it.

The bodies were identified by the relatives. The reason behind the extreme step is not known
