Bison spotted in Kadri area

Mangaluru, Dec 05, 2023: A giant Bison has been often spotted roaming on the streets in Kadri and nearby areas causing panic among local residents.

 

The bison is seen roaming in Kaibattalu Karavali Lane areas both during day and night. The bison’s movements have also been captured on CCTV camera.

It has been learnt that the bison had jumped a few compounds and has also damaged iron fencing.

The Forest Department has informed that it would conduct an operation during night time to trap the bison.

It may be recalled here that bisons were spotted in the area last time during Covid lockdown.
