Bike auto collision young lawyer dies near Karaya

Puttur, Aug 3, 2014: Sadashiva (36), a resident of Thanneeru Panth Alake, Beltangady,  a  young lawyer practicing lawyer of Beltangady court,  was killed in an accident near Karaya under Uppinangady police limits here on August 3.

It is stated the accident happened with the bike Sadashiva was riding and an auto rickshaw.

Police sources confirm auto rickshaw driver fled from the spot soon after the accident. Local people gathered at the spot and a person called the 108 ambulance.

Sadashiva was rushed to hospital where he succumbed to serious injuries.  It is said, Sadashiva’s wife is employed at the Madikeri taluk office and they have a child.

Uppinangady traffic PSI Rakshith was at the spot and is looking into matters. A case has been put up in Uppinangady police station.
