Bhasker Shetty murder case trial : Prime accused produced before court

Udupi, July 16, 2018: The three prime accused in the businessman Bhasker Shetty murder case of Udupi, were produced before the court on July 16.

 

The accused namely Bhasker Shetty’s wife Rajeshwari Shetty, son Navaneeth Shetty and astrologer Nandalike Niranjan Bhat who are lodged in the Parappana Agrahara prison in Bengaluru were brought to the town amid tight security for the hearing.

Bhasker Shetty’s mother Gulabi Shedti was also present.

Bhasker Shetty, an NRI businessman who also owns a hotel in Udupi was reported missing on July 28, 2016. Subsequently it came to light that he was reportedly murdered by his very own wife and son with the help of Niranjan Bhat.
