Bhasker Shetty murder case : Family involved in property feud

Udupi, Oct 15, 2016: The CID which is investigating into the businessman Bhasker Shetty murder case of Udupi is yet to file the charge sheet in connection with the case.

In the meantime, the family of Bhasker Shetty is  involved in a feud over  Shetty’s property.It is said his wife Rajeshwari Shetty has already secured a court injunction order against interference of third party in her family’s business affairs.

Rajeshwari who is behind bars in connection with the murder has given a power of attorney in favour of her mother Sumathi Raghuram Shetty.

Meanwhile,  Bhasker Shetty’s mother has been claiming that her son has left a will in her favour, while Rajeshwari and  her relatives have been arguing that  Rajeshwari has a stake in the property  as she was Shetty’s business partner too.
