Bhaskar Shetty murder case: Custody of all three main accused extended

Udupi, Oct 03, 2016:  The Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate extended the CID custody of all the three main accused in the Bhaskar Shetty murder case till October 17.

There was a difference of opinion among the public for bringing Rajeshwari in bus last time. On her lawyers request she was brought in the police vehicle this time with security.

Meanwhile, Srinivas Bhat and Raghavendra, two other accused charged with destruction of evidence, moved a bail application at the District and Sessions Court and were granted bail on October 01, Saturday.

As the lawyer failed to produce some documents they are said to be kept in jail for a couple of days. They will have to meet the conditions specified in the bail to go home.
