Bhagyashree defies all odds to succeed in II PUC exams

Bantwal, July 15, 2020:    Bhagyashree, daughter  of Keshav Kulal and Rajeevi couple from Kuriyala village in Bantwal taluk has defied all odds including her physical disability and has scored  467 marks in II PUC Commerce stream.

 

Hailing from a poor family, Bhagyashree’s father Keshav Kulal too is born disabled and runs a small shop near their house. The  Keshav Kulal-Rajeevi couple has two daughters. Their elder daughter is pursuing B.Com, while younger daughter  Bhagyashree  who is crippled in both her legs  is a girl with a strong will power and determination  and these qualities of her has  helped her succeed in exams.

Bhagyashree has a great passion for learning and had completed her SSLC from Loretto Church School by scoring 470 marks and has now  succeeded even in PUC  by scoring good marks. She is a student of SVS Pre-University College, Bantwal.

 Bhagyashree owes her success  to her mother, her teachers and friends. Her mother has been a great source of inspiration for her. It is Bhagyashree’s mother who carries her in arms and drops her to college and then brings her back home.
