Belthangady: Two women killed as auto rickshaw topples

Belthangady, Feb 17, 2020: In a tragic incident, two women lost life as the auto rickshaw toppled at Indabettu in Belthangady on February 17, Monday.

 

The deceased are identified as Hajirabi(55) of Jollottu and Sajidhabi of Darkas. Auto driver Naveed is being treated at Belthangady Government Hospital. The other occupants Mumtaz(30) and Shainaz(29) who were seriously injured are shifted to Wenlock Hospital in Mangaluru.

Sources said that  as the driver lost control on the vehicle it toppled.

Belthangady police have registered the case.
