Belthangady: Car- Auto collision, one dead, five critical

Belthangady Sep 12, 2016: One dead and five person seriously injured in a road accident involving Car and Auto at Kemmattemaaru Village near Guruvayanakere on September 11 Sunday.

 

 

 

Deceased has been identified as Veena (35) Wife of Kamalaksha and injured were Kamalaksha (40), Rakshith (10), Gayathri (15), Devaki (23) and her son Akshay (7) residents of Gerukatte.

It is said that, Kamalaksha and his family were on the way to Gerukatte from Guruvayankere when they reached Kemmattemaaru a Ritz car from opposite direction rams in to Auto Rickshaw. Auto Rickshaw dented after the collision.


The injured were rushed to the hospital in Belthangady and in critical condition and Veena breathed her last on her way to hospital.


Belthangady Police have registered the case.
