Bantwal Traffic ASI rough up biker for not wearing helmet

Bantw al, Oct 31, 2019 : A biker was manhandled by Bantwal Traffic ASI Balakrishna on October 31, Thursday near Melkar market in Bantwal.

 

Reports said that on noticing the biker without helmet Traffic ASI Balakrishna stopped them. He later pulled the rider by collar. The rider had agreed to pay the fine and had even asked to file a case on him, but the cop was so arrogant that he  didn’t listen to one.

Some other bike rider recorded the entire act and has shared the same on social media. The act of cop is being condemned by the public.
