Bantwal : Rowdy sheeter found murdered

Bantwal, Oct 21, 2020:    Rowdy sheeter Surendra Bantwal was found hacked to death at Bastipadpu in Bantwal on October 21, Wednesday afternoon. He was residing in a flat in the town.

 

Surendra who had acted in the Tulu movie "Chaali Polilu" was  associated with a right wing organisation in the past had later joined the Congress party. He was accused of attacking BJP workers with sword at Babbukatte in 2018.

 Investigations are underway.
