Bantwal : Rai exhorts party men to strive unitedly for victory in LS polls

Bantwal, Mar 14, 2014:  State Minister for Forest and District in-charge Minister Ramanatha Rai has urged party workers to  create an awareness among the voters  on the various pro-people initiatives as well as the achievements of the Congress governments in the state and the  Centre.

He was speaking at a meeting convened at BC Road   by the Panemangalore  and Bantwal block units of the party in connection with the upcoming Lok Sabha  elections. Rai further told the party men to strive unitedly for the success of senior leader B Janardhan Poojari who will be contesting as party candidate from DK constituency.

The meeting  condemned the recent untoward incidents reported from Kalladka. Several party leaders including Mayilappa Salian, Abbas Ali, Presidents of Bantwal and Panemangalore Block Congress units respectively,  Mamatha Gatti, Padmanabha Rai, MS Mohammad, ZP Members and others addressed the meeting.
