Bantwal : Miscreants hurl stones at grotto at Manela Christ King Church

Bantwal, May 18, 2019: Some miscreants have damaged the glass case of  the Grotto of  Jesus Christ at the Manela Christ King Church in Punacha of Bantwal taluk on May 18, Saturday.  It has been gathered that the miscreants hurled stones at the Grotto  at around 10.30 am today.

Local residents have immediately informed the police following which a police team led by Vittal  Station House officer Yellappa visited the place.

A case has been registered in Vittal Police Station. The Church Parish Priest has urged the police to  take immediate measures to nab the culprits.
