Bantwal: Duo assault lover’s father as girl goes missing

Bantwal, Nov 14, 2016: Duo assault lover’s father as the girl goes missing from a village in Bantwal. The incident took place on November 13, Sunday evening.

The victim is Abubakker (58), a resident of Pilinguli village near Shirankallu. The attackers identified are Chandrahas and Dinesh. Sources say that  duo assaulted  Abubakker  as the girl had eloped with his son.

It is alleged that Chandrahas and Dinesh had barged into Abubbakar’s shop on Sunday evening, assaulted him. They fled from spot immediately. Complaint has been registered against the duo.

Bantwal police are investigating the case.
