Bantwal : Chikkamagaluru SP Annamalai to assist cops to handle Kalladka situation

 Mangaluru, June 22, 2017 : Chikkamagaluru District Superintendent of Police Annamalai who is known to be an efficient and daring officer, has arrived in Dakshina Kannada district as he has been entrusted with the additional responsibility of ensuring adequate security arrangements in Bantwal taluk and also to maintain peace and order.

Annamalai who himself has confirmed this news while speaking to a Kannada daily has said that he has arrived in  Bantwal taluk and was assisting the police in maintaining peace and order in Kalladka. A special police team has also been deployed from Chikkamagaluru, he said adding he was not sure as to how many days he will be in the district.

"A new SP has already been appointed to the district. Our team will extend all co-operation to him," Annamalai added.
