Bannanje Raja visits ailing mother at house in Malpe

Mangaluru, July 10, 2018: Gangster Bannanje Raja visited his ailing mother at her house at Malpe here amid tight police security on July 9,Monday.

Superintendent of Police Laxman B. Nimbargi told media that Bannanje Raja was taken in tight police security to the house at Malpe here.

He was there from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. He was then taken back to the lock-up at the Udupi Town Police Station. He would be taken back to the Hindalga prison in Belagavi today July 10, Tuesday.

About a week ago, Bannanje Raja had through his advocate urged the Principal District and Sessions Court in Udupi to allow him a visit to his ailing mother, which the court had granted.
