Baliga case: Bail plea of prime suspect Naresh Shenoy put off

Mangaluru, Apr 21, 2016:  The anticipatory bail application  of Naresh Shenoy, considered the prime accused in the case of  murder of RTI activist Vinayak Baliga came up for hearing in the Second Additional JMFC and District Court on April 20, Wednesday and the hearing has been postponed to  April 25.

Sources said the  police have submitted their objections to the  bail application to the public prosecutor following which the next hearing  was posted to April 25.

Police have arrested three persons including two contract killers in the  Baliga murder case which took place on March 21.
