Baliga Murder case: Naresh Shenoy refuses to undergo Narco analysis test

Mangaluru, July 14: Naresh Shenoy, the prime accused in the sensational RTI activist Vinayak Baliga murder case was brought to the Judicial Magistrate’s court today to find his willingness for Narco analysis and Brain mapping tests to be conducted on him. The statements made during such a test cannot be used as evidence in a court of law. However they can be used to gather facts and then evidence to confirm them.

He flatly refused to undergo the test. If a person is innocent as he claims to be why should he refuse that? Is it not an admission of guilt? It is a point for all to ponder. On the other hand his health appears to be fine and there is no ‘obstrucitve renal failure’ as he claimed! He may be trying alternative medicine as he is an Ayurveda medical distributer. Looks like he might have taken some of the concoctions he peddles and got cured.
