Mangaluru, Nov 10, 2018: BJP Minorities Morcha leader Franklin Monteiro has been detained by the police on November 10, Saturday for protesting against Tipu Jayanthi celebration.

 

 

 

 

It may be recalled here that he was arrested for the same reason even last year.
