BJP manifesto released for upcoming MCC election

Mangaluru, Nov 07 2019:   THe BJP manifesto with the theme "Swachha, Sundara, Suvyavasthitha  Namma Kudla" laying more emphasis  on development of basic amenities and infrastructure was released  by  District BJP Chief and MLA Sanjeeva Matandoor at the party office here onNovember 6, Wednesday.

 

The manifesto mentions that the party if elected to power would strive to improve basic amenities like road, drinking water, electricity etc. The party also aims at having an international stadium in Mangaluru, will take steps to  complete the Rangamandira works, repair and maintenance of open wells, and ensure strict action aginst  begging, drugs peddling apart from  steps to dispose construction wases. The manifesto also promises implementaion of an effective  scheme towards  segregation of wastes and upgradation of Wenlock and Ladygoshcen Hospitals into  super speciality hospitals.

The manifesto has further promised satellite bus terminuses on the outskirts of the city as well as satellite townships.

MLAs Dr  Bharath Shetty, Vedavyas Kamath, former MLCs, Capt Ganesh Karnik, Monappa Bhandary, former MLA Yogish Bhat and others were present.
