BJP Chief Amit Shah visits Kukke Subrahmanya Temple

Subrahmanya, Feb 20, 2018: BJP’s National President Amit Shah  visited the famous Kukke Sri Subrahmanya Temple on February 20, Tuesday morning almost 45 minutes behind schedule. The BJP Chief is said to be suffering from fever.

After offering prayers to Lord Subrahmanya,  Amit Shah also  met  the seer of Subrahmanya Mutt.  The seer honoured Shah on the occasion by presenting him a shawl.

The BJP Chief was accompanied by MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Sullia MLA Angara, DK BJP Chief Sanjeeva Matandoor, local party leaders A V Teertharama, Venkat Dambekodi and others.

Shah who arrived at   the Mangaluru International Airport on February 19, Monday night had later left for Subrahmanya. He  underwent a medical check-up at Subrahmanya  at night  as he was suffering from fever. Shah is scheduled to attend a host of programmes in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts today and tomorrow.
