B N Radhakrishna Rao of Vivek Engineering Works no more

Mangaluru, Aug 23, 2018 : B N Radhakrishna Rao, founder of Vivek Engineering Works passed away today, aged 74. A successful industrialist his firm Vivek Engineering Works is said to be the first Engineering Company in Mangalore to be set up in 1972. Mr.Rao aged 74 years. He serves as the President of Lions Club of Surathkal during 1982 and was instrumental in setting up Lions Centre at Surathkal. He also started School for the Special Children in Surathkal.

 

He was also the Founder Secretary of the School started by Art of Living under the guidance of Sr Sri Sri Ravishankar Guruji. A well known orator of yesteryears, he had compered many landmark events in Mangalore.
